About The Position
The D-BAT Trainer at TOCA is responsible for teaching baseball and softball skills in a supportive and engaging environment. This role focuses on fostering a love for the game, promoting sportsmanship, and enhancing the overall experience for players of all skill levels. The trainer will work closely with clients to develop tailored training plans and maintain a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with TOCA's core values.
