About The Position

Language Trainers is a successful language training company working with freelance teachers of 70 different languages in hundreds of towns and cities across the world. Students are either in-company or self-funded who need to learn a language at their office or their home for work, family or travel reasons. Founded in 2004, the company’s motto is Any Language, Anytime, Anywhere! We might have a job for you as a Czech teacher. One of our clients in Philadelphia would like to have one-to-one GENERAL Czech classes. This student wishes to have classes at her home in Philadelphia, 19103. She would like to have a 36-hour course. Classes of two hours should be held once per week, on Thursday mornings, after 9:00 am, and she wishes to start on January 15th. Information about this student: Current language level: Beginner student (starting from scratch) Motivation: Personal interest and family background (her parents grew up there and her mother spoke the language), she'd like to get the citizenship too Special requirements: Focus on speaking, reading, and writing. She'd like to do some research so reading and writing are also important Student's age group: G: 65 and over Location. He would like face-to-face lessons in or near the ASU Tempe campus, for example in a quiet public place such as a library or café. He is also open to having lessons at the trainer’s office if it is close to Tempe. Be a native Czech speaker of the language OR hold a teaching degree Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter Have a valid working visa Live up to 20 miles from the client´s location. Location of the classes and schedule could be flexible based on your and the client’s availability. The hourly rate is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
