About The Position

Are you passionate about cellular diagnostics and quality patient care? Interpath Labs is expanding into the Midwest and we’re seeking an experienced Cytotechnologist to join our team and play a vital role in detecting disease at the cellular level. This is an opportunity to help get a brand new lab up and running, with amazing administrative support. You will have a chance to make a measurable difference in patient outcomes while working in a supportive, science-driven environment. In this role, you will: Screen gynecologic and non-gynecologic slides with precision using both standard and computer-assisted microscopy. Identify abnormal or malignant findings accurately, following Bethesda guidelines. Ensure quality through departmental procedures, Pap Proficiency testing, and continuous improvement practices. Participate in research projects, instrument validations, and the integration of new technologies. Collaborate with pathologists and lab professionals to deliver reliable, timely results. Dedication to maintaining high professional standards, confidentiality, and teamwork. Work Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime offered. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cytotechnology.
• ASCP certification or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Cytotechnologist
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
