About The Position

Perform the screening of Gynecologic and/or Non-Gynecologic cytological specimens, including fine needle aspirations, in order to achieve an accurate diagnosis. Process and stain all specimens received in the laboratory. (SMH only) Assist the ancillary departments of radiology and surgery with patient procedures. (SMH only) Estimated pay range for this position is $37.24 - $48.41 / hour depending on experience.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Science
• Clinical Laboratory Technologist
• ASCP Certified Cytotechnologist
• 1 Year of cytotechnologist experience

Nice To Haves

• 3 Years of cytotechnologist experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Gynecologic Cytology (SMH only).
