About The Position

Cylinder Requalifier will perform maintenance on, and prepare cylinders for gas fill, ensuring the safety and readiness of our equipment. Organizes and prepares cylinders by size and product to ensure a smooth workflow. Attends to the condition of empty cylinders through visual checks, and contributes to safety by performing hammer and odor tests. Refreshes safety valves on cylinders to maintain high standards of operation. Ensures accurate labeling by updating cylinder information and maintaining the professional appearance of cylinders through painting. Supports the team by maintaining a safe and organized workspace for all contributors.

Requirements

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Ability to obtain a valid forklift operator’s license
• Ability to regularly lift up to 60 pounds and move more than 125 pounds with the aid of material handling equipment
• Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Mechanically inclined and good with tools
• Prior forklift experience
