About the role HealthFitness is looking for an enthusiastic Cycling Instructor to join the fitness team at our corporate client site in Maple Grove, MN. In this on‑call/substitute role, you’ll step in as needed to lead fun, high‑energy cycling classes and help participants stay motivated and active. This flexible position is great for instructors who enjoy variety—plus, there may be additional substitute opportunities at other HealthFitness client sites across the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe indoor cycling instruction to members.
Requirements
- Current Indoor Cycling or Spin Instructor certification required.
- Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
- 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
