About The Position

The Cycle Counter position involves conducting daily and weekly cycle counts, performing full warehouse inventory annually, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of physical counts while researching discrepancies and supporting the product recall process. The role also includes supporting product loss and damage programs, investigating discrepancies, participating in the recoup and disposition of damaged products, and performing quality checks on date-sensitive, slow-moving, and obsolete items. Additionally, the Cycle Counter is responsible for ensuring proper First-In, First-Out (FIFO) rotation, accurate reserve pallet counts, and verifying the accuracy of put-away and transfer processes while maintaining housekeeping, safety, and productivity standards. Coordination of will call orders and collaboration with departments to uphold safety, quality, and efficiency are also key responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED).
• 0 to 1 years of related experience.
