Responsibilities: Cycle counts will be done by family groupings. Scheduler/Planner will generate a “Stock Taking Order” report from SAP for the family group or raw material being counted. Complete count and add location wherever possible. The completed report will be given to Scheduler/Planner who will review results. When large gains or losses are reported, Scheduler/Planner will attempt to offset the differences. Reconciliation will be done when required to relieve raw materials. If imbalances still exist, especially on the negative side, an email will be sent to the Operations and Production Manager for direction and research into the variances. Unaccounted losses will be transferred into HFI for reproduction. Raw materials will be counted monthly and finished goods will be counted over a 60-day period. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required One (1) to three (3) years of experience operating a sit-down forklift Forklift Certification required prior to operating forklift Experience in a manufacturing setting Excellent verbal and written communication and comprehension skills Basic math and measurement skills Basic understanding of industrial equipment Ability to solve practical problems or troubleshoot basic problems on machine s
