About The Position
Under general supervision, perform a variety of complex clerical and expediting duties. Inventory will be audited for accuracy, discrepancies researched, and necessary adjustments will be made. Inventory information will be communicated via e-mail, reports and written communications to appropriate individuals at all levels of staffing.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of cycle count/inventory experience OR, any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to speak, read, write and understand the English language.
- Excel, Microsoft Windows, Work, Outlook and ERP system experience.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in manufacturing/production environment
Responsibilities
- Develop cycle count plan under direction of Warehouse Supervisor
- Cycle count lineal material and predetermined areas.
- Consistent, reliable attendance and punctuality at assigned work location
- Reconcile counts
- Investigate issues and provide solutions
- Update computer records
- Prepares, prints and distributes reports
- Carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
- Must deal with problems efficiently and prioritize work-load to ensure on-time deliveries
- Communicate with all levels of personnel
