Conduct thorough counts and reconciliations of inventory on the production floor and in the warehouse, as required to ensure accuracy.
Safely load and unload materials onto and from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves as needed, facilitating accurate inventory counts.
Count, weigh, and record the number of material units to maintain precise inventory records.
Attach identifying tags or labels to materials, or mark information directly on containers, ensuring all items are properly documented and traceable.
Enter adjustment transactions into the inventory system and conduct necessary research to resolve discrepancies, maintaining the integrity of inventory data.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Education: High School
Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience.
Possess a beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.

Basic written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow and convey directions clearly.
Exceptional accuracy and meticulousness in all tasks and responsibilities.
Basic mathematical skills with an understanding of measurement increments in both decimals and fractions.
Strong team player, dedicated to contributing to group success and fostering a positive work environment.
Ability to provide excellent customer service.
