Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent in experience.
  • Self-motivated; able to organize, work, and perform daily duties with minimal supervision.
  • Quality conscious with strong math skills and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Familiar with shop floor processes, work flow, and Storeroom procedures.
  • Capable of learning or have current experience in weigh count procedures and personal computers with an emphasis on SAP, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Capable of learning or have SAP experience with screen functions that include: inventory adjustments, bills of materials, production and purchase orders, routings, and work centers.
  • Ability to lift or move containers weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to work with and communicate effectively with others, including managers and supervisors, schedulers, material handlers, and production workers.
  • Excellent safety and attendance record.
  • Extensive walking required.

Responsibilities

  • Cycle count materials in the warehouse.
  • Count parts and key related data in SAP in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Resolve discrepancies between actual and SAP computer quantities and take corrective action.
  • Work with Master Data, Mfg Engineering, Production Teams and Financial Audit as required.
  • Maintain orderliness of shop inventory and related computer data to improve cycle counting efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate and clear identification of parts.
  • Participate in Physical Inventories.
  • Process excess and obsolete inventory adjustments, including MES scrap postings.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company's 2025 Strategy.
