About The Position

The Cycle Counter role is an individual contributor position responsible for supporting administrative and cycle count duties within the department. The candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate inventory management and adherence to safety procedures.

Requirements

• Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite Products.
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge/understanding of Warehouse Management Systems.
• High School Diploma and/or equivalent work experience is required.

Nice To Haves

• Some college experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand systems and processes of all internal operations and the dynamics of all material movement within the facility.
• Accurately identify product and packaging dynamics.
• Identify conditions within the facility that are contributing to inventory inaccuracies.
• Use RF equipment to complete cycle counts.
• Identify mistakes/inconsistencies that may affect the overall accuracy of the inventory and report findings to supervisor.
• Understand and practice appropriate safety procedures through education, training, and adherence to safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
