Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency preferred.
• 6 months to 1-year forklift experience required.
• Ability to utilize scales for counts.
• General mathematic skills and ability to use a calculator.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs. as part of the job function.
• Forklift certification and willingness to drive a forklift daily, use a pallet jack, or climb a ladder.
• Excellent attendance and dependability following policy standards.
• Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with positive interaction at all levels in the organization.
• Computer knowledge for managing email notifications and data entry using a tablet or scanner.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts as set up by the Cycle Count Administrator.
• Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the facility.
• Report non-conforming products found during counting.
• Dispose of all non-conformance material with shelf life exceeding standards.
• Keep the work area clean and organized prior to the end of the shift.
