About The Position

E-Logic is seeking a Cybersecurity Team Lead (ISSM) to manages and oversees cybersecurity operations, compliance, and RMF activities for the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center's (DLIFLC) from Continental United States CONUS. Important Notice : This role is part of a proposal for the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center's (DLIFLC) from Continental United States CONUS . Hiring is contingent upon the selection of the consultant . Selected candidates will be included in the proposal and must authorize the use of their resume for submission.

Requirements

• Secret Clearance is mandatory.
• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience
• Experience leading security teams
• IAT Level II certification
• Strong RMF and compliance background

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity staff and operations
• Oversee RMF, ATO, vulnerability management, and incident response
• Ensure compliance with DoD and federal security standards
• Coordinate security assessments and audits
