As a Senior Technical Project Manager, Client Onboarding, you’ll join our team to deliver quick time-to-value solutions to top clients. Own client engagement outcomes during the onboarding phase by working in tight partnership with the client and post-sales teams on defining and delivering strategic outcomes-based onboarding plans for our top-tier enterprise clients, setting the foundation for long-term success. You will work cross-functionally internally to identify opportunities and risks, and present recommendations & solutions. You will also speak prescriptively about best-practice onboarding and intelligence use cases specific to the client’s industry, ensuring comprehensive knowledge transfer and effective handoff between presales, and from onboarding to the expansion team.
