About The Position

The Cybersecurity Specialist at Spectrum Comm Inc. will support operations at Creech AFB, NV, focusing on advising and assisting with operational test planning, execution, data analysis, and reporting related to cybersecurity for RPA programs.

Requirements

• 5 years prior test experience, preferably in Operational Test.
• 3 years of experience in defensive cyber operations, with Mission defense team experience preferred.
• Security + certification and Cisco Certified Network Admin certification are required.
• Active Secret Security Clearance to begin work, with the capability of obtaining Top Secret with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance, data analysis, reporting, and coordination assistance for all cyber requirements associated with the procurement, sustainment, modification, and performance of the MQ-9 and its subsystems.
• Provide cyber technical support to analyze OT&E data, components, and test planning, including the development of objectives, test matrices, measures of performance, and effectiveness criteria.
• Identify and resolve complex issues to prevent cyber attacks on information systems, performing functional mission analysis and network characterization of weapons systems.
• Design, install, or manage security mechanisms that protect networks and information systems against hackers, breaches, viruses, and spyware.
• Conduct operations in accordance with published manuals, checklists, technical orders, and other approved documents.
• Ensure all test resources, data acquisition systems, instrumentation, hardware, and software components meet test requirements and facilitate tracking of unique test support equipment.
• Coordinate with external organizations to leverage cyber operations in test or exercise environments.
