About The Position

Join our dynamic Advanced Security team as a Cybersecurity Sales Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Comcast Business advanced managed security solutions by partnering with cross-functional teams in a pre-sales role and drive customer success by delivering cutting-edge cybersecurity services like MDR and EDR, while establishing yourself as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process. Responsible for working with a cross-functional team to define, develop and deploy solutions. Ensures that the company platform is deployed and maintained utilizing best practices as well as managing change as the platform evolves. Works independently with minimal-to-no supervision while also demonstrating the ability to lead projects and initiatives autonomously.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of solution selling Managed Security Services to Mid-Market or Enterprise Customers.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota on a consistent basis.
  • Experience selling in a sales specialist overlay model is preferred.
  • Knowledge of public clouds (O365, AWS, Azure, GCP) and cybersecurity technologies.
  • Knowledge and/or expertise in IT, Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, Security Automation.
  • A team player who advocates for their team, and can collaborate effectively cross functionally to drive outcomes and meet customer needs and drive long term customer value.
  • The ability to relate to and engage members of both the technical and non-technical community.
  • Must be able to present effectively in front of large groups, both technically and non-technically oriented.
  • Driven & creative self starter, strategic thinker and determined to succeed.
  • An effective listener and rapport builder, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead both sales and technical presentations with product demonstrations in partnership with Comcast Business sales account executives in a specialist overlay model to present the technical value proposition of our advanced managed security offerings.
  • Coordinate weekly territory planning with sellers and manager to understand opportunities, engaging and driving to own and win the technical decision makers.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert around managed security solutions to include security solutions such as MDR, EDR, SIEM, CASB, ZTNA, UTM, Threat hunting & Vulnerability scanning.
  • Perform sales based training overview for both channel partners and field sales reps with technical sales focused training and enablement.
  • Experience in consultative solution selling approach with a challenger mindset, including bringing innovative ideas to solving customers problems and improving their security posture.
  • Creative thinking to help identify and remove business, technical, architecture, and competitive blockers for our suite of managed security solutions.
