About The Position

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cybersecurity Sales Lead to drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in the Midwest Region. This role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients across various industries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in cybersecurity or IT services
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and market dynamics
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value for clients
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within target markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Understand client cybersecurity needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Present and demonstrate cybersecurity products and services effectively
  • Collaborate with technical teams to scope solutions and develop proposals
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging threats, and competitive offerings
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular sales forecasts
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
