The Cybersecurity Project Manager will serve as the single point of accountability for project execution, schedule adherence, and quality of all DEP deliverables. This individual will coordinate contractor resources, collaborate with the DEP Contract Manager, lead status reviews, and ensure the successful execution of the one-year of performance. Expanded Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all DEP Information Security Services activities in alignment with the approved Project Schedule (Deliverable 1). Oversee development and timely submission of all 12 DEP deliverables (risk categorization, triennial risk assessment, procedures, policies, SSPs, MFA recommendations, data flow baselines, vulnerability plan updates, change management updates, etc.). Maintain project governance, track hours, maintain burndown charts, and produce weekly status reports per RFQ requirements. Facilitate interviews with system owners, IT leadership, and SMEs for Deliverables 2, 3, and 10. Serve as the liaison between DEP OTIS, application owners, and ET technical staff. Ensure deliverables meet DEP standards, Florida Cybersecurity Standards (60GG-2), and statutory requirements under §282.318 F.S. Maintain a proactive risk log, communicate schedule risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Attend onsite meetings in Tallahassee (approx. 20% of total work).
