About the position
The Cybersecurity Program Manager will oversee the implementation of cybersecurity strategies for the Idaho Judiciary, focusing on enhancing security protocols, ensuring compliance, and mitigating risks across various systems and applications. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks to effectively manage and improve the organization's cybersecurity posture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Track compliance with cybersecurity regulations and standards.
- Liaise with various business units to address security concerns.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and manage incident response.
- Lead the development of security incident response plans and exercises.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Strong project management skills, including planning and execution.
- Experience with risk management and incident response.
- Knowledge of security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS).
