About The Position

ICF has an immediate opening for a Cybersecurity Program Analyst to support an energy cybersecurity program onsite at the Department of Energy (DOE). This role involves interaction with Federal staff as well as industry partners and national laboratories to advance cyber preparedness, information sharing, and cyber initiatives. This position requires an active high‑level security clearance and will work as part of an onsite team in Washington, DC.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Position requires a minimum of 3 years of total professional experience, including support to a federal agency
  • Active High-Level security clearance
  • Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US citizenship is required

Nice To Haves

  • Prior energy and/or cybersecurity experience
  • Consulting experience on government contracts
  • Strong organizational, research, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organized workflows
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

  • Meeting planning and logistical support
  • Preparing and formatting briefings, reports, memoranda, and other correspondence
  • Maintenance of schedules and task tracking
  • Coordination with other parts of the overall team
  • Coordinate with DOE offices, partner agencies, and ICF colleagues to ensure alignment of efforts and successful execution of tasks
