We are seeking a Risk Engineering Manager of Others to lead and scale a team of technically strong Risk Engineers focused on engineering risk-reducing solutions, not just defining processes or controls. This role is accountable for people leadership, technical direction, and delivery outcomes, ensuring that risk intent is consistently translated into practical, automated, and measurable technical solutions. The ideal candidate is a technical leader of people—someone who can coach engineers, set architectural direction, prioritize work based on risk impact, and partner effectively with senior engineering and security leaders. Process exists to support delivery, but solutions come first.
