About The Position

The Boeing Company is looking for a highly motivated cybersecurity professional to join our Enterprise Government Cybersecurity team as a Cybersecurity Oversight and Classified Operations Manager in Oklahoma City, OK. The first line manager will lead their assigned team resulting in value-added cybersecurity risk management services to our Government programs' classified infrastructures to meet company and business partner objectives and to protect the warfighter.

Requirements

• Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5) by the federal government within the last 5 years, or requires candidate to have been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years
• Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP)
• 5+ years of experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams on large-scale technology development programs
• 5+ years of experience working with cybersecurity policies and implementation of Risk Management Framework (RMF): e.g. DAAPM, CNSSI 1253, ICD-503, JSIG, or NIST SP 800 series
• Experience in conflict resolution and/or mediation
• Experience in leading teams and team development

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
• Currently hold certification in good standing to satisfy IAM Level III (CISSP, GSLC, or CISM)
• Experience with project management in a leadership capacity
• Experience developing and managing strong relationships with partners (internal & external) and government customers and representatives
• Experience working with a Government Agency in a compliance capacity
• Experience in cross-functional leadership, collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication

• Supports efforts necessary to obtain/maintain an Authority to Operate (ATO) and inspection readiness

• Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of subordinates and other stakeholders and leads process improvements
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
• Assists and leads in the interview and selection process of new employees
