Job Title Cybersecurity Operations Senior Engineer About your role: You will be an integral part of Fiserv's cybersecurity team, focusing on the protection and integrity of our information systems. Your role will involve monitoring, analyzing, and mitigating security threats while helping to develop strategies to prevent future vulnerabilities. By ensuring robust security measures, you will help secure our clients' data and maintain the trust in our digital solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall success of our cybersecurity initiatives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in network security
  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity analysis
  • 3+ years of experience in incident management and security protocol implementation
  • 3+ years of experience with ticketing processes, workflows, and cross-department collaboration within cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments
  • 3+ years of experience with ITIL and service management frameworks
  • 6+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • CISA, CISM, CISSP, CCSP, or similar certifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cybersecurity measures to protect the organization’s information systems.
  • Oversee lifecycle management of cybersecurity platforms, including patching, vulnerability remediation, configuration management, and upgrades.
  • Monitor networks for security breaches and respond to incidents.
  • Collaborate with IT department to enhance security protocols and solutions.
  • Conduct vulnerability and penetration testing to identify potential risks.
  • Create and deliver reports on cybersecurity status and suggest improvements.
  • Train staff on security best practices and awareness.
