About The Position

The Leidos AIE team has an opening for a Cybersecurity Manager with a SECRET security clearance for our Cybersecurity Team. This opening supports our program that is being deployed to Army installations around the world. Our home base is in Edgewood MD which houses the program team, warehouse operations, system integration lab, 24x7 Help Desk operation, engineering center and full-scale replicas the system. Primary Responsibilities: This position is responsible for all aspects of the AIE Cybersecurity program and compliance with Department of Defense policies and guidance. Primary duties include: Ensure the system obtains and maintains Authorization to Operate (ATO) Ensure compliance of the system with STIGs and DoD policies Develop and update System Security Plans (SSPs) consistent with FISMA requirements Develop and maintain SSP, POA&Ms and other artifacts for the Accreditation process Create documentation as project deliverables Support Command Cyber Readiness Inspections and accreditation efforts Review vulnerability scan results and recommend remediations Review all published CTO’s; recommend and track compliance actions where applicable, ensure reporting requirements are met Support all product teams in security requirements definition, application, and risk reduction efforts Basic Qualifications Candidate must have expert knowledge related to cybersecurity management, assessment and analysis for strategic information technology direction to comply with FISMA, FedRAMP, Privacy Act, the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF), CNSSI 1253 and other applicable regulatory guidelines. Must possess a Secret clearance. Typically requires BS degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience. Must be intimately familiar with the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) process. Must possess a CISSP or CISM certification Must have experience using Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Host Based Security System (HBSS) Experience reviewing Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) results Experience working with DISA STIGs, STIGViewer, and eMASSter Familiarity with, and experience collaborating with, various Army Cyber teams (NETCOM, ARCYBER, GCC Secure, AESS, etc.) If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
