About The Position

Join BAE Systems' dynamic team as a Cybersecurity Manager, Data Center Operations, and play a critical role in protecting our nation's digital assets. As a leader in the cybersecurity field, you will manage the cybersecurity services for all Datacenter networks and environments at one of our data centers, ensuring compliance with Federal, DoD, Army, and specific statutory, regulatory, and mandated directives. You will work closely with the customer, cybersecurity personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure the cybersecurity posture of our data centers is maintained. As a Cybersecurity Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, architectures, and solutions for datacenter networks and environments. You will manage subordinate management and/or experienced specialist employees who exercise significant latitude and independence. Your goal will be to ensure the cybersecurity services for all Datacenter networks and environments are managed effectively, and to act as a recognized expert, consultant, and advisor in the field of cybersecurity. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related field.
  • DoDM 8140.03 (former DoD 8570.01-M) Level 3 Certification within 6 months of starting position.
  • DoD Top Secret clearance
  • 10+ years of experience in managing cybersecurity services for datacenter networks and environments.
  • Experience with Federal, DoD, Army, and specific statutory, regulatory, and mandated directives.
  • Strong technical skills in cybersecurity, including experience with cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Experience with Federal, DoD, Army, and specific statutory, regulatory, and mandated directives
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to lead a team of experienced professionals.
  • Experience with system administration in Windows and/or Linux.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with cloud-based solutions, including AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with system administration in Windows and/or Linux.
  • Experience with vulnerability scanning and testing tools, such as Burp suite, Rapid7 Insight VM, Tenable Nessus, and similar platforms.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
  • Configuration Management/Document Management experience.
  • Industry-recognized certificates in the field of expertise: CCSP, AWS-SEC, MCASEA, GPEN.
