About The Position

As a Cybersecurity Lead at Booz Allen, you'll coordinate work with multiple government groups, contractor partners, and program office representatives to identify the right mix of tools and techniques to translate your client's IT needs and future goals into a plan that will enable secure and effective solutions. We need to come up with the best solutions, so you'll investigate new techniques, break free from the legacy model, and go where the industry is going. You'll lead the team through a critical approach to network design, providing alternatives and customizing solutions to maintain a balance of security and mission needs. Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience leading and implementing the Assessment and Authorization process under Risk Management Framework.
  • 10+ years of experience reviewing assessment reports and assisting projects in identifying security risks.
  • 8+ years of experience managing ATO packages in eMASS.
  • 5+ years of experience leading Security in a GovCloud for DoD workloads in IL2 and IL4+ environments.
  • Experience managing compliance with FISMA requirements for large enterprise environments, including 50+ systems.
  • Knowledge of FedRAMP Agency Authorization process and development of System Security Plans.
  • Knowledge of US Army acquisition processes.
  • Top Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management of Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
  • Ability to obtain DoD 8570 IAM III Certification within 6 months of hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience developing SSP or ATO packages for systems deployed in a Microsoft Azure DoD Cloud environment.
  • Knowledge of ECMA cARMY, NETCOM Cyber policies, and evolving cyber regulatory landscape.
  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • Master's degree in a Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Technical field preferred; Doctorate degree a plus.
  • DoD 8570 IAM III Certification.
  • Amazon Web Service (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Service Provider Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Review assessment reports and assist projects in identifying security risks and developing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Manage ATO packages in eMASS.
  • Lead Security in a GovCloud for DoD workloads in IL2 and IL4+ environments.
  • Manage compliance with FISMA requirements for large enterprise environments.
  • Develop or modify System Security Plans and supporting documentation for the Assessment and Authorization process.
