The Cybersecurity Information System Security Manager (ISSM) at Torch Technologies is a senior role responsible for ensuring the cybersecurity posture of IT systems assigned to the Air Force Human Resources Systems Division. This position involves conducting advanced planning to achieve and maintain Authority to Operate (ATO) for these systems, overseeing compliance with the Risk Management Framework (RMF), and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of IT systems.
