About The Position

In identity and access management at PwC, you will focus on confirming secure and efficient access to systems and data for employees and/or clients. Your work will involve the design and implementation of strategies to protect sensitive information and manage user identities. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. The Opportunity As part of the Identity and Access Management team you are expected to manage client engagements relating to the creation of business processes and solutions enabled by identity and access management. As a Manager you are expected to lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are expected to be accountable for maintaining project success and upholding top standards, while enhancing your leadership style to motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality.
