The Cyber Manager is responsible for safeguarding the Ride & Show ecosystem across Universal's theme park attraction systems. This role designs, implements, and sustains security controls that protect safety-critical Ride & Show environments while ensuring show quality, system availability, and guest experience remain uncompromised. The Cyber Manager partners with ride controls, show systems, facilities, and enterprise security teams to architect and harden OT network security solutions. The role also leads risk-reduction initiatives from concept through turnover, driving the adoption of industry standards and best practices across diverse attractions.
