About The Position

Cybersecurity Engineer Position Summary: Full time salaried position Onsite based out of our Morrisville, NC location The Cybersecurity Engineer will monitor and analyze the security operations. S/he will defend against security breaches and actively isolate and mitigate security risks. S/he will collaborate with the Manager, Cyber Security Operations to ensure proactive and reactive security controls are in place and managed correctly. The Morrisville, NC facility is a major site for Catalent’s Inhalation business, with end-to-end development through commercial manufacturing services for nasal products. It also offers full scale product development services for pulmonary delivery including dry powder inhalation (DPI) and nebulized products and clinical-scale manufacturing for DPIs including state of the art equipment such a Procept Spray Drier, GEA blenders and a Harro Hofliger drum lab. The Role: Mitigation of Security Audits, Penetration Tests as well as Security Vulnerabilities Identify, investigate, and resolve security breaches and incidents 24x7x365, globally Manage and operate all security tools and technology used in cyber security to provide protection and regulatory compliance Part of an on-call rotation Ability to excel in a team environment Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate information and recommendations to management Prepare reports and make presentations on internal investigations, losses, or violations of regulations, policies, and procedures 10% travel expectations Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Cyber Security, Networking, or other STEM disciplines with a minimum of two years of experience in cyber security operations, preferred
  • Associate’s degree in Information Systems , Cyber Security, Networking, or other STEM disciplines with a minimum of four years of experience in cyber security operations, required
  • Working knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework with the ability to respond to Cyber Incidents using MITRE
  • Working knowledge of vulnerability management
  • Knowledge and ability to use computer operating systems: Windows and Linux
  • Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
  • Knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security
