With 100+ locations and over 400 OB/GYNs and specialists across the country, Women’s Care provides comprehensive patient care in obstetrics, gynecology, gynecologic oncology, urogynecology, gynecologic pathology, breast surgery, genetic counseling, maternal fetal medicine, laboratory services, and fertility. The Cybersecurity Engineer provides specialized cybersecurity support by assisting with the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of information security systems. Assist with the installation, configuration and ongoing maintenance of information security systems. Perform vulnerability scans and implement remediation actions to resolve identified security vulnerabilities in coordination with IT teams. Monitor and support enterprise EDR and network security platforms. Participate in incident response and SIEM monitoring. Administer security controls in Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 Security and Intune. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support security initiatives. Monitor internal and external policy compliance. Support audit activities and assist with evidence collection. Implement cybersecurity integrations. Assist in implementing cybersecurity improvement initiatives. Support security awareness and training activities. Assist with coordination of security assessments and remediation tracking. Implement findings and recommendations from audits, penetration tests and forensic IT investigations. Participate in an on-call schedule. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or certifications in area of specialty
  • Minimum of 1-3 years relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA Security Rule requirements
  • Familiarity with NIST cybersecurity framework concepts
  • Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience administering Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 Security and Intune preferred
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
