Cybersecurity Engineer - (IAM / PAM) ARC Group has an immediate opportunity for a Cybersecurity Engineer! This position is 100% remote. This is starting out as a contract position running through July 2026 with strong potential to extend longer or possibly convert to FTE. This role focuses on enterprise identity, access, and privileged access security. The engineer will support IAM, PAM, and directory services, while handling operational security tasks, incident response, and access-related remediation.

Requirements

• 4+ years IT experience
• 2+ years cybersecurity engineering
• Strong experience with IAM and PAM technologies
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory or enterprise directories
• Incident response and troubleshooting experience
• SSCP or equivalent security certification required

Responsibilities

• Implement and support PAM solutions (CyberArk, Delinea, Symantec PAM)
• Manage privileged access, role-based access, and access governance
• Support Microsoft Entra PIM and/or AWS Identity Center
• Manage directory services (Active Directory, Oracle, ForgeRock, etc.)
• Investigate and remediate IAM/PAM-related security incidents
• Support access reviews, audits, and compliance remediation
• Maintain IAM operational documentation
• Support IAM tool upgrades, migrations, and enhancements
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams
