Cybersecurity Engineer – Cloud & Data Security
About The Position
ARC Group has an immediate opportunity for a Cybersecurity Engineer! This position is 100% remote. This is starting out as a contract position running through July 2026 with strong potential to extend longer or possibly convert to FTE. This role supports cloud security and data protection across Microsoft and cloud environments. The engineer will manage CASB, DLP, and cloud vulnerability management tools and respond to cloud and data-related security incidents.
Requirements
- 4+ years IT experience
- 2+ years cybersecurity engineering
- Experience with CASB, DLP, and cloud security tools
- Strong experience securing Azure and Office 365
- Cloud vulnerability management experience
- SSCP or relevant security certification required
Responsibilities
- Operate and support CASB solutions (Netskope, Symantec, Microsoft)
- Implement and manage DLP tools (Proofpoint DLP, Microsoft Purview)
- Secure Azure and Office 365 environments
- Monitor and respond to cloud and data security incidents
- Perform cloud vulnerability management, remediation, and reporting
- Troubleshoot cloud security control failures
- Maintain cloud security documentation and procedures
- Support audits, risk assessments, and remediation activities
- Assist with cloud security tool upgrades and migrations
