About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced OT Cybersecurity Engineer to safeguard the operational technology environments within our power generation and water treatment facilities in Singapore. This role involves implementing, maintaining, and monitoring cybersecurity measures to ensure the resilience and integrity of critical infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, cybersecurity, control system, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in OT cybersecurity, preferably in the energy, utilities.
• Well-experienced in at least one major industrial control system (e.g., Siemens PCS 7, ABB 800xA, Honeywell PKS, GE Mark IVe etc).

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ISA/IEC standards, WSCP(PUB) and CCoP(CSA) requirements.
• Familiarity with industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC DA/UA, IEC 61850, etc.).
• Experience with ICS cybersecurity tools (e.g., Claroty, Dragos).
• Proficient in firewalls, network segmentation, and SIEM integration.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing cybersecurity measures across operational technology environments within power generation and water treatment facilities.
• Designing OT network architecture, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with NIST, ISO27001:2022, and Singapore's CII regulations.
• Monitoring OT systems for anomalies using cybersecurity tools (e.g., SIEM, Claroty, Nozomi).
• Leading incident response efforts and hardening ICS assets such as HMIs, PLCs, RTUs, and engineering workstations.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of network topologies and asset inventories.
• Supporting secure IT/OT integration and ensuring regular patching or application of compensating controls.
• Collaborating with internal teams and vendors.
• Delivering cybersecurity training to plant personnel.
• Supporting audits and regulatory reviews to maintain a robust cybersecurity posture across critical infrastructure.
