About The Position
As a Cybersecurity Consultant at Tyler Technologies, you will serve as a trusted advisor to public sector clients, helping them navigate their unique cybersecurity risks and requirements. Your role will involve presenting and communicating cybersecurity strategies and solutions to a variety of stakeholders, including executives and technical teams. You will conduct comprehensive cybersecurity assessments, which include risk assessments and compliance audits, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance clients' cybersecurity posture. This will ensure alignment with industry standards such as NIST, CIS, and SCADA cybersecurity frameworks. In addition to assessments, you will offer strategic guidance on cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate documentation of cybersecurity processes, methodologies, and client engagements. It is crucial that all deliverables meet Tyler Technologies' quality standards and comply with current regulations and best practices. Collaboration with other departments within Tyler Technologies will be essential to ensure a cohesive approach to cybersecurity solutions and service delivery. You will also contribute to the development and refinement of cybersecurity products and services, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to provide ongoing support and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Identifying opportunities for expanding services and deepening client partnerships will be a key aspect of your role, along with performing other duties as assigned by leadership.
