The Advisory team is a core group within Drawbridge. As an agile team, Advisory works to provide best-in-class service and support to our clients. As a Cybersecurity Associate, you will assist with maintaining relationships with clients, their IT resources, and associated third parties. You will work to gain an understanding of the Drawbridge business process, engagement deliverables and services, cybersecurity risk management, IT controls, and regulatory standards. In this highly team collaborative role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience, working with many of the world's most successful asset management firms. The Cybersecurity Associate will report to a Advisory Manager.

  • Be a point of contact for Drawbridge clients
  • Contribute to success plans
  • Assist in the production and delivery of products defined by scope of work within the client's contractual parameters
  • Contribute to post deliverable CSAT
  • Review and present Client Risk Assessment results, Vendor Risk Assessment results
  • Draft and update Client Cybersecurity Policies
  • Participate and/or lead live trainings and/or table-top exercises, as needed
  • Collaborate with other Advisors, partner with Account and Relationship Managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure positive client health
  • Help to oversee and maintain deliverable lifecycle across multiple Client relationships
  • Carry out information gathering and report generation for Cyber Risk Assessments, Policy Development, Training and Phishing, and other Drawbridge products
  • Assist Clients with technical information and general assistance with deliverables
  • Help to develop and maintain positive Client relationships and a high level of Client satisfaction
  • Act as an escalation point for service-related, Client support requests
  • Direct and escalate Client concerns or non-service related requests in a timely manner to the appropriate individual(s)
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in General Business, IT, Cyber security or similar
  • 2-5 Years of Experience, preferably in a customer facing and/or IT support role
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM software, including Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Solid team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy and intuitiveness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of hedge fund, private equity, or venture capital operations/compliance
  • CRISC, CISA, CISSP, CIPP, Security +, certifications are a huge plus
  • Previous experience conducting risk assessments are a plus
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, Cloud Technology, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Incident Response
