About The Position

Why M Physicians? The Cybersecurity team is a small, dynamic team where you will help shape security strategy and architecture, influence technical decisions, and directly contribute to the protection of critical data. If you are someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on security design and implementation, you will find this role both challenging and rewarding. What you will do as a Cybersecurity Architect: Implements and supports security solutions such as Microsoft Defender, MS Defender for Cloud, Mobile Device/Application Management, Privileged Identity Management, Purview, CASB, etc. Responsible for governance, architecture, and design of Active Directory (AD), Entra, and Enterprise LDAP implementations and systems Researches and guides M Physicians with configuration and security best practices of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive Develops and maintains PowerShell scripts used to manage/support the Microsoft environment Support automated provisioning and de-provisioning processes Assesses and evaluates existing solutions, technical architecture, and workflows to architect more robust and secure modern technologies Designs and implements integration strategies with existing systems and third-party applications Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed Microsoft security solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction Provide architectural governance and ensure alignment with enterprise IT standards and security policies Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft technologies and apply this knowledge to enhance M Physicians solutions Share knowledge and provide training to team members and stakeholders on Microsoft technologies and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Information Security OR Equivalent Experience and Education
  • Proficiency using Active Directory, Entra, Intune, Defender, and Purview
  • Some experience with Cybersecurity Operations processes and tools

Responsibilities
