About The Position

The Cybersecurity Architect will plan, design, build, and maintain security solutions and capabilities for a national transportation and LTL logistics environment. This role ensures secure, resilient, and compliant infrastructure across enterprise IT, terminal networks, IoT/OT assets, and SaaS/cloud services. The Architect plays a key role in embedding cybersecurity into digital freight transformation initiatives, regulatory readiness, and operational risk reduction. The Architect will lead the development and governance of cybersecurity architecture standards. This role collaborates closely with business units, IT leadership, compliance, and legal teams to ensure secure-by-design principles are applied across all technology domains. The Architect will evaluate emerging technologies such as AI/ML logistics use cases, define security metrics and KPIs to measure architecture effectiveness, and provide mentoring to engineering teams. This position is critical in driving a culture of security first design throughout the organization.
