About The Position
HF Sinclair is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect in Dallas, TX who will be responsible for designing and securing technology solutions that align with HF Sinclair's (HFS) strategic objectives. The Architect will apply business and technical acumen to capture business and security requirements, develop and improve security architecture standards, and support the documentation of current and future reference architectures. The Architect will influence Information Technology and Operational Technology (IT/OT) roadmaps by leading the strategy and approach for how we document, standardize and improve our security posture. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of system architecture, experience with OT security platforms and practices, and the ability to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and reliable technical solutions while also supporting the research and development of initiatives to introduce changes in architecture. The Architect will partner closely with other architects and technology and business leaders to understand and improve how we align business technology and Cybersecurity initiatives. The Architect will support the continuous improvement of the Cybersecurity risk register accuracy, mitigation plan solutions, and associated business segment security roadmaps.
