About The Position

The Cybersecurity Analyst position involves monitoring systems for potential security threats and participating in incident response efforts. The role is critical in ensuring the security of the company's systems and data, requiring a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in incident response.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in general cybersecurity.
• Proven success in operational security, including Incident Response, Network Security Monitoring, and Forensics.
• Experience with SIEM, Intrusion Detection/Protection Systems, and Next Generation Firewall.
• Working knowledge of networking concepts and analysis of network packet captures.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems and related security issues.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Management.
• Knowledge of Email Security Systems and Application listing.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems for alarms and notifications of possible malicious activity.
• Analyze data along with known Indicators of Compromise and Threat Intelligence Feeds.
• Participate as a member of the Cybersecurity Incident Response Team.
• Ensure appropriate response actions are taken to resolve incidents.
• Document all actions taken in accordance with standards.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis after incidents are resolved.
