JOB SUMMARY Monitors and supports cybersecurity operations for malicious activity; determines appropriate response action(s) to an incident, following common techniques, tactics and procedures; and analyzes and reports cybersecurity threats as well as assists in deterring, identifying, monitoring, investigating and analyzing computer network intrusions.   • Monitors cybersecurity tools for attacks, intrusions and unusual or unauthorized activity
  • Investigates cybersecurity incidents and provides incident response analysis
  • Generates analysis reports for both technical and non-technical staff and stakeholders
  • Researches and evaluates current and emerging cybersecurity threats and ways to manage them
  • Analyzes performance of cybersecurity processes and technologies and provides recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Participates in a 24/7 on-call rotation with the cybersecurity team
  • Keeps abreast of emerging technologies related to assigned areas of responsibility and seeks ways to improve mitigation of threats
  • Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned
  • Working knowledge of principles, practices and procedures of enterprise applications, networks and systems; and cyber security analysis and reporting normally acquired through a bachelor's degree in information security, Information Technology or related field
  • Two years of current and progressive cybersecurity experience (Cybersecurity Analyst II)
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot and/or data warehouse
