Cybersecurity Analyst

About The Position

This role is pivotal in protecting the company’s data, systems, and infrastructure by evaluating, testing, and documenting security solutions while working closely with other security professionals to mitigate risks. The analyst will be responsible for assessing security controls, managing vendor risk, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, recommending security improvements, overseeing third-party risks, and supporting business continuity efforts. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field, along with experience in cybersecurity, IT audit, or system administration. Strong knowledge of security principles, regulatory frameworks (such as PCI, HIPAA, and GDPR), risk management methodologies, and multiple computing platforms is required. Certifications such as CRISC, CISSP, or CISA are preferred but not mandatory. This role demands continuous learning and a proactive approach to cybersecurity, making it ideal for individuals passionate about protecting business operations while enabling innovation.
