About The Position

The Cybersecurity Analyst/Technician will work remotely with occasional travel to Asia, focusing on complex and unique conceptual development related to DOD military operational requirements. This role involves leveraging IT knowledge to assess and improve cyber requirements for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission objectives, providing cyber risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with military standards.

Requirements

  • 5 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's in a related field; 3 years with a Master's; or 9 years relevant experience with a High School Diploma.
  • Must meet DoD 8570/8140 Compliance for Information Assurance Technical Level II (IAT Lvl2) or obtain within 6 months.
  • CompTIA Security + Certified (or obtain within 6 months).
  • CompTIA Server+ Certified/Linux+ Certified.

Nice To Haves

  • Entry-level to moderate knowledge of DOD, DISA, and vendor cyber policy and procedures.
  • Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes and continuous monitoring methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) scanning techniques.
  • Ability to develop and maintain detailed cyber-related schedules across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Work on complex and unique conceptual development related to DOD military operational requirements.
  • Leverage IT knowledge to identify, assess, and improve cyber requirements related to ISR mission objectives.
  • Provide qualitative and quantitative task-based analysis of cyber threat requirements.
  • Develop solutions to address security design requirements for IT systems.
  • Conduct evaluations of IT security systems for compliance with DOD information assurance standards.
  • Perform RMF life cycle activities including continuous monitoring.
  • Participate in cyber integration and design of AISR systems.
  • Conduct technical assessments of systems to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with military Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements.
