Design, build, and maintain datasets, dashboards, and reports for Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and cybersecurity compliance metrics. Develop and track metrics related to cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC), including policy adherence, control effectiveness, audit findings, and regulatory requirements. Support the implementation and ongoing monitoring of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001) and ensure alignment with enterprise GRC objectives. Collaborate with GRC, legal, and compliance teams to gather requirements, translate them into actionable data insights, and support risk assessments and compliance reporting. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms, supporting both operational and regulatory reporting needs. Support ad hoc data requests and contribute to the development of data governance practices within the cybersecurity function. Assist in preparing materials for internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and executive-level reporting on cybersecurity risk and compliance posture. Apply knowledge of business principles and technology practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional activities. Apply a deep understanding of business processes and process improvement initiatives. Provide top-tier customer service.
