The position is responsible for protecting the organization's IT infrastructure, network, and data by identifying and mitigating security risks. This role involves monitoring network traffic, investigating security breaches, developing security protocols, and ensuring compliance with government cybersecurity standards. Will work closely with other IT professionals to implement and manage cybersecurity measures to safeguard sensitive information. In the event of a natural or man-made disaster that may threaten the area, the employee will be required to perform emergency duties as directed. Continuously monitor networks and systems for potential threats, suspicious activity, and breaches. Analyze security events to determine the cause, impact, and resolution.
