As a CyberLife SME, you will work closely with one of our largest insurance clients, supporting multiple stages of the software development lifecycle-including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, maintenance, version upgrades, conversions, and migrations. You will represent DXC with the client, ensuring we deliver clean, scalable solutions aligned with their needs. This role also involves driving process improvements, implementing best practices, and mentoring colleagues to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
6+ years of relevant experience in the insurance industry.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience with CyberLife.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages and development methodologies.
Strong programming and debugging skills.
Some experience in leadership, mentoring, or team coordination.
Familiarity with software development best practices and methodologies.
Strong communication, teamwork, organizational, and time management skills.
Growth mindset and willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

Advanced degree in a related field.
Relevant certifications or specialized training.

Responsibilities

Support a team of software engineers by providing technical guidance, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
