CYBERCOM IT Specialist Level 1
About The Position
Vistra is seeking an experienced IT Specialist Level 1This position will support the United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) Joint Operations Center (JOC) and Special Programs with professional services and operational readiness for the USCYBERCOM mission. The IT Specialist Level I will provide USCYBERCOM internal system monitoring support as follows: Monitor USCYBERCOM systems. Track outages for designated USCYBERCOM systems and provide status update to JOC leadership. Coordinate on scheduled outages. Assist in coordinating with appropriate support organizations to resolve trouble tickets and ensure mission critical systems remain operational. Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems. Implement security measures. Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements. Offer technical support to staff and troubleshoot computer problems. Install and update company software and hardware as needed. Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- MUST have active TS/SCI w/CI Poly
- Due to the requirements of the federal contract that this position supports, U.S. citizenship is required. Citizenship will be confirmed via I-9/E-Verify at the start of employment.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Information Technology to include:
- Monitoring system status.
- Submitting and tracking trouble tickets.
- Coordinating system outages
