About The Position

Dragonfli Group is a cybersecurity and IT consulting firm providing services to federal agencies and Fortune 100 enterprises. Headquartered in Washington, DC, Dragonfli supports clients in securing mission-critical systems across on-site, hybrid, and fully remote environments. We are seeking an experienced CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) Senior Consultant to join our cybersecurity practice. In this role, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for the end-to-end installation, integration, and deployment of CyberArk PAM solutions for large commercial enterprise clients. You will lead technical engagements, guide junior team members, and work directly with clients to deliver scalable, secure PAM architectures across complex environments including Windows, UNIX/Linux, databases, and network devices. A minimum of 4 years of IT industry experience and 3+ years of hands-on CyberArk PAM experience are required. This is a contract position involving a large commercial enterprise. Candidates with previous consulting experience are preferred. U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • 4+ years of industry experience in developing, implementing, or architecting information systems
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM solution installation, integration, and deployment
  • Experience with PAM operational tasks: safe and platform management, access control, user provisioning, entitlement management, and application credential management
  • Experience integrating CyberArk with LDAP providers, Windows Servers, UNIX/Linux Servers, databases, and network devices
  • Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell, RESTful APIs, AutoIT, or PACLI
  • Strong knowledge of CyberArk modules: EPV, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, and PTA
  • Experience with privileged user account administration across Windows and UNIX platforms
  • Familiarity with Operating Systems: Unix, Linux, and Windows
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency

  • Experience with automating local administrator accounts across RHEL, Solaris v10/v11, IBM AIX, and HP environments

  • Platform Integration: LDAP, Active Directory, Windows Server, UNIX/Linux, relational databases, network devices
  • Architecture & Design: Technical architecture design, conceptual/logical flow development, use case documentation
  • Security Policy: Corporate security standards interpretation, cybersecurity policy development, baseline analysis
  • Documentation: SOPs, system architecture documentation, configuration guidelines, RFP/SOW contributions
  • Communication: Ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Leadership: Team mentorship, SME-level knowledge transfer, and client-facing engagement management

Responsibilities

  • Install, integrate, and deploy CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions across client environments
  • Lead PAM engagements and provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and train professionals on PAM technologies and best practices
  • Communicate product capabilities and implementation details to clients and partners at both technical and functional levels
  • Conduct post-sales requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
  • Contribute to proposal development, RFP responses, pricing strategies, engagement letters, and Statements of Work
  • Perform PAM operational tasks including creating and managing safes, platforms, owners, access control policies, user provisioning, entitlements, and application credential management
  • Identify automation opportunities and develop scripts using PACLI and REST APIs to streamline engineering tasks
  • Integrate CyberArk with diverse platforms including LDAP providers, Windows Servers, UNIX/Linux Servers, databases, and network devices
  • Administer privileged user accounts across Windows and UNIX environments using CyberArk components
  • Develop and customize connectors and plugins for target applications
  • Test and certify new product versions and bug fixes, and provide detailed reports
  • Automate local administrator accounts across Windows desktops, servers, RHEL, Solaris v10/v11, IBM AIX, and HP environments
  • Provide continuous operations and maintenance support including patches, releases, upgrades, and security vulnerability remediation
  • Design technical architectures, use cases, and conceptual/logical flows for PAM solutions
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), system architectures, and configuration guidelines
  • Interpret and analyze corporate security standards and baselines; contribute to cybersecurity policy development
