About The Position

We are seeking an experienced CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer to lead the deployment and ongoing management of an on-premise CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution for a federal client. This role offers the opportunity to work within a highly collaborative cybersecurity consulting team, applying your hands-on technical expertise to design, configure, and maintain secure privileged access environments across a large, federated enterprise. You will play a key part in protecting mission-critical systems by implementing industry-leading CyberArk solutions and supporting compliance with federal cybersecurity standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience leading or supporting enterprise-scale IT security projects.
  • Proven hands-on experience with CyberArk administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in CyberArk components: EPV, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, and PTA.
  • Strong experience with PAM operational tasks, including safes, access policies, credential management, and entitlement provisioning.
  • Familiarity with custom connectors, plug-ins, and integrations with third-party applications.
  • Scripting expertise in PowerShell, RESTful APIs, AutoIT, or PACLI.
  • CyberArk Defender or Sentry certification (required).
  • Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and policy development.
  • U.S. Citizenship required; must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust clearance.

  • Active Public Trust or higher clearance.
  • CyberArk CDE certification.
  • Familiarity with NIST, FISMA, and FedRAMP compliance standards.
  • Experience working within federal cybersecurity programs or IAM modernization initiatives.
  • Background in software development lifecycle (SDLC) or DevSecOps environments.
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the deployment, configuration, and daily operations of CyberArk on-premise PAM solutions.
  • Collaborate with client security and IT teams to define requirements and ensure solutions meet compliance frameworks.
  • Configure and maintain CyberArk modules including EPV, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, and PTA.
  • Manage PAM operations: creating safes, defining access controls, managing credentials, and handling user provisioning.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures for CyberArk environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to privileged session management, password vaulting, and user access.
  • Support upgrades, patches, integrations, and system performance tuning to ensure high availability and resilience.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices, security architecture, and automation through scripting and APIs.
